tediously uniform or unvarying... That's the definition of monotonous.. A monotonous voice is where a persons voice is one sound. not moving up or down if that makes sense. Like in the sentence from GREAT EXPECTATIONS:"....Biddy leading with a high, shrill, monotonous voice..."meaning her voice stayed high without going down or up.
The treetops in forests are good places for animals to make home as they are usually quite dense so they can hide. It is also a good place for animals to live as it keeps them safe from ground dwelling predators such as tigers. Also the treetops often have the best fruit, as ground dwelling creatures can't get at it ( such as the tapier). If the creature has any off-spring, living in the treetops can be a big advantage as there are very few, if any, predators that can access there (except of course the snake). the proper name for the treetops is called the canopy layer. hope this helps :)

Sugar gliders, like other gliders, are special because of the way they glide. They glide by means of skin membranes. They have a membrane of skin which stretches from their wrists to their ankles, which enables them to glide between treetops. They do not fly but, depending upon the species, gliders are generally capable of gliding a distance of between 50m and 80m. They must always launch out from higher points such as treetops or power poles.
Monkey's have a similar basic diet to humans. While most of the diet is fruit and vegetation, it is known that chimpanzees sometimes actively hunt smaller monkeys in the treetops, and they will eat the meat of any monkey they catch and kill.
Specific predefined procedures definitely make the work easier as you already know what to do but on the other hand it makes the work monotonous. There is no creativity. It kills the mind.
What the f*ck is montonous, you @sshole? The closest word to that is monotonous, which makes no sense. Apparently, you mean Monogamous, you dumb@ss. Oh yeah, and who cares? Why in the f*cking world would you care if he is or not?
Sugar gliders, along with the five other species of gliders, are different from other marsupials because of the fact that they can glide. They glide by means of skin membranes. It is not the plant itself that makes anything slea=ep when it gets near it, it is a curse on a certain area of woodland. (the curse was from a titan not a god)
If asked to define it offhand: Repetitiveness, redundancy, when everything is the same or sounds the same. For instance, having a set-in-stone routine which makes every day the same for you with nothing interesting, new or different happening, would be monotonous. Or, http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/monotony
