My female mouse has been in labor for nearly 5 days now! I fear if she does not deliver soon she WILL die.
-You will notice her appetite will slightly decrease but her thirst increases. (this has been common in all my birthing females but may vary with all mice))
-Her fur may begin to fall out of thin if she is old and/or overly stressed.
-She will begin to "pant", her bloated sides will puff in and out heavily and she may get "tears" around her eyes and seem overly tired, ((this is all the same as human labor really, just on a much tinier scale))
-When she feels the babies are on their way out she will seek seclusion and scurry around to gather materials to make her nest impenetrable by any other mice.
Seperate the female from any males BEFORE BABIES ARE BORN! as the males me wish to mate with her as soon as all the mess is cleared. Immediate mating after delivery can cause stress on the female and she may not be able to produce enough milk for the young due to that stress.
Feed her plenty of green veggies and any kind of nutri-block sold for mice/rats/hamsters.
Is there a difference in the appearance if the male and female mouse?"
muis (not gender specific).
Please be more specific and identify whether you mean the Eurasian harvest mouse, or the American genus which includes 20 species.
This depends on where you live. It could be a wood mouse, field mouse, house mouse, mole, vole, packrat or something else. You would have to see it to identify it.

depends. a female mouse, as well as a female rat, go into "heat" once a week every week for 12 hours. and they can go into heat, within 5 hours after labor, and yes they can get pregnant again.

The keyboard cable is orange with less prongs and the mouse cable is green with more prongs.
female mouse= doe I not sure if it's true but some people call female mice (minnie)
Not really... the male mouse will probably mate with her shortly after she gives birth and this can put stress on the mother, and could cause her to eat her babies.
