A newborn puppy can be fed any type of powdered milk replacement formula found at Walmart or pet stores. If for some reason you can not obtain this a puppy can digest cow's milk with added supplements such as yogurt, eggs, butter. For exact recipes talk to your vetenarian or Google Milk replacement recipes for dogs. Good Luck!
