Kittens naturally get goop in their eyes; you just need to keep wiping their tear ducts regularly. If the goop seems exessive, take the kittens to a vet.
7-10 days after birth
you should never try that. A cat just naturally does it a few days after it birth. When its about a week and a half, that's when they should be completely open, sometimes it opens even before that. Don't try it, it has to be naturally opened or you could damage the eye because the kittens eyes could still be adjusting.
Kittens eyes normally change colour from about 3 weeks. kittens have blue eyes at birth, but around 3 weeks they take on adult tones of greens, oranges and yellows. The change is usually complete by 4 months. White cats with blue eyes are often deaf. It is very unusual for a cat to keep it's blue eyes unless it is of pedigree breeding, and unusual 'dilute' colours are more likely to have blue eyes.
well a newborn kitten can see at 5-10 days after birth but it normally takes a lot longer so until their vision matures they walk very wobbly and fall a lot so don't be worried if it falls a lot
Yes it is possible for a cat to become pregnant again just after it has kittens. the person I got my cats off the mother got pregnant again with in about a week so yes it is possible. However, this causes a great strain on the mother as she will not have time to properly recuperate from her last litter. This could cause potential danger to the mother and the next litter of kittens.
There is no set time as far as I know, but they usually open their eyes within 2 weeks of birth. We had our kittens when they were a week old, and their eyes were closed for a short time longer.

Kittens eyes are closed around a week, longest nearer two weeks. If they are closed longer you should maybe have a vet check it out.
After about a week.
i think they can because i have just had three guinea pigs die in an week with their eyes crusted up and they didnt eat xx i hope it helped, they were outside fior a little bit because they smelt but they got ill and all died in a week.
Yes, if mama cat is comfortable witgh you, there shouldn't be a problem touching the kittens. But don't forget, 1 week old kitten haven't opened their eyes yet so they need their mother very much, so try to handle them too much.
The mother cat gives birth to the kittens.

You don't, you just let them grow up into a healthy kitten AND THEN you start to play with them. Plus, usually their eyes only open after the first week or so. So leave it alone and let the mum be with it!!
