What is the general location of the nucleus in an Elodea cell?

The nucleus of an elodea cell is suspended in the cytoplasm within the cell wall. When the plant cell is well hydrated, the central vacuole swells with water and pushes the nucleus and chloroplasts toward the outer edge of the cell. In a poorly hydrated cell, the nucleus may be located any where within the cell.

How many albumen are there?

Three form of albumen surround the yolk. The first part of the albumen is added in the Magnum where the inner and out shell membranes are deposited. A small amount of thin albumen and mineral salts are deposited around the yolk. The majority of albumen is formed in the Isthmus. It is here that Albumen or egg white is secreted and layered around the yolk and the protein strands called Chalazae are attached to the yolk and albumen. Finally, as the eggs reaches the shell gland or uterus, more water is added to the outer edge of the albumen making the outer edge more liquid than the mid and inner albumen.

Why Cat wont eat but drinks lot of water?

It might be diabetes. If you can get a blood glucose test you can test your cat just like humans do. Just warm up a moist paper napkin/towel inside a zip lock bag in the microwave. Keep it in no longer than like 9 seconds, make sure it isn't too hot. Hold the warm paper towel (still in the zip lock bag) on your cat's ear for 10 to 20 seconds. Then use the lancet (with a paper towel behind the ear so that you do not stick yourself) to prick the outer edge of your cat's ear. Lightly work the blood to the prick point. Then use your glucometer to test your cat's glucose level. Although not 100% accurate on cats, it will let you know if your cat's blood sugar is too high. If it is over 180, I would take your cat to the vet quickly.
