i dont think chickens have enough of a brain to like colours
our chickens are not very bright
I had a hen once and she hated purple but loved browns and creams. or maybe she would only attack me then because I usally wear old plain clothes when I'm with the chickens and she didn't like me changing my 'feathers' to such a bright colour. :D:D They probaby don't like colours that are bright on insects because they aren't good to eat, but they probably like bright coloured cocks that look sexy to them.... so i suppose it depends on what is coloured.

When they get the injections from a rooster's comb, the rooster does have to be killed. They can get rid of a rooster's comb without killing it but it has to be on the first day that it is born.
The plural of rooster is roosters.
No, rooster fries are not actually rooster testes. The term "rooster fries" is a euphemism for deep-fried chicken gizzards, which are part of the digestive system of the chicken, not the reproductive organs.
