green
No, not all cats are born with blue eyes. Kittens are usually born with blue eyes, but their eye color can change as they grow older due to genetics. Most cats' eyes will change to their permanent color by the time they are 3 months old.
Green or Blue. But normally is Green. If they are white it will be blue. Otherwise it doesn't matter. Also, if white cats have one blue eye and one other-colored eye, they may be deaf on the side with the blue eye.
They tend to be deaf. It doesn't make much difference, though, a cat won't listen to you anyhow ;-)
sloths eyes are generally brown
It is thought that cats cannot see the color red. Cats seem to be able to distinguish between higher frequency colors, meaning cats respond to the colors purple, blue, green and possibly yellow range. Red, orange and brown colors appear to fall outside a cat's color range and are most likely seen as shades of grey or purple. Purple, blue and green appear to be the strongest colors perceived by cats. Tests suggest cats can distinguish between more shades or levels of gray than can humans.
All red
Cats eyes are used on a motorway to serve as a retroreflective safety device and as road markings. Amber cats eyes, in particular are used in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong and are placed along the edge of the central reservation.

Depends if they've been hit yet...:-*
White cat's eyes separate lanes, amber ones mark the offside (right) and red the nearside (left) of a Motorway. Green cats eyes warn of exit or entrance slip roads.
Cat's eyes on the motorway are actually tiny little reflectors inset into the pavement to reflect the car's headlights back at the driver. They are called that because they reflect light back just the way eyes of real cats do; if a cat is looking at you, and you shine a light at it, the cat's eyes will reflect the light back. The main thing that cats eyes on the motorway do is provide a clearer indication of where the motorway lines are. The reflection from a cats eye embedded in the road is much more visible than the line painted on the road and can be seen at a much greater distance. Cats eyes of different colours give the driver lane separation, and early warning of slip roads, hard shoulders, median edge, danger areas etc
Golden yellow, green, or, less often, blue.
Green cat's eyes for joining/leaving slip roads at junctions.
Like all big cats, tigers have amber or yellowish colored eyes.
