Well if it is a poisones snake they will bite the victim until it dies, but if it is a constrictor like rat snake for instant it will constrict the mouse until it is suffocated and then the snake will expand it jaw bone really big and will swallow it whole.

Eating a frozen mouse can be bad for a snake. The extreme cold can hurt the snake, as it is cold blooded. And because the limbs are not flexible, the snake can be hurt internally.
I don't get your question but if you mean if you buy a mouse and feed it to a snake how long will it live then the answer is a couple minutes because the snake will soon sneak up on it and swallow it whole.
