Water or cat milk.
Only some cats can drink cow's milk, but they should not be given very much of it, and not very often. I give my cats a small bowl of milk every few months or so. Many cats like cow's milk due to the fat content, but many are lactose intolerant. Milk and other dairy products can give cats gas, diarrhea, and other digestive problems. But if your cat likes it and can tolerate it, then a little bit, once in awhile, is okay. Another option would be purchasing specially formulated cat or kitten milk, which contains no lactose and often has added nutrients in. Can be found in most stores.
Most cats will not drink any kind of juice. First of all, cats are strictly carnivores, and do not usually like to eat or drink anything but animal products (meat, eggs, dairy).
Moreover, juice is too harsh, acidic, and abrasive for their heightened senses. In particular, cats really, really hate any and all citrus fruit -- lemons, limes, Oranges, grapefruit -- and will physically recoil if you put a cup of Orange Juice up in their face to smell.
There are some odd exceptions. My uncle once had a cat that loved to eat oranges. Just oranges, though, not orange juice. But most cats will not touch fruit and especially fruit juice.
I would think that this would go without saying, but judging by some of the questions I've seen on this site ("Can cats drink wine?") apparently not. NEVER give a cat any kind of alcoholic beverage! Most would never drink it anyway, but just to be clear, it is a REALLY bad idea.

Don't feed your cat any human food/drink until a vet says it ok.
Cats have a very unique way of drinking. When they drink their tongues curl downwards. That is how the cat drinks. It is a very fast process, but that is what happens how cats drink.
They should be given a fresh bowl of water daily. Cows' milk is actually hard for cats to digest and can cause diarrhea in cats.
I think you should avoid it
