Like the comment above me said. Dogs DO get mad, thank you very much. Emotion isn't only a human thing, all creatures have them. Anyway, a dog will ignore you, bare it's teeth, growl, won't let you pet them, and probably don't want anything to do with you for the moment. Give the dog time though, they will come through and forgive you. Just have to give them some space.
