You may have brought them into your home. I just did, somehow after walking the dog outside in the rain and allowed my hair to be "unprotected" in the night-time. Anything could have gotten into my hair. I did not realize it until after I took off my shirt and something landed on my chest. It wiggled, I brushed it off, it landed on the couch and then wiggled. I screamed. I gathered it on a white napkin and placed it in a jar and watched it. It was very small, about an inch long, brown with small suction appendeages at both ends. Hmm. Very interesting.... Google is awesome!!!
