Your dog should have not gotten to this point of illness in the first place. A pet owner can generally tell when their pet is ill although they may not know the cause. You should have had your dog into the vets a long time ago so please make an appointment and let the vet make the diagnosis. There are just too many variables as to why your dog is in this condition, but it can't go on or your dog will become severely dehydrated and perhaps die.
