Take them to the vet- that is if your local vet accepts hamsters. There, they can either give them pain medication and make casts for the hamsters. They will next splint the leg. If the leg is severely broken may ask to remove the leg.And maybe kill them
It's important to take the hamster to a veterinarian for an examination to determine the cause of the issue. The vet may recommend treatment or therapy to help the hamster regain use of its back feet if possible. In the meantime, provide a clean and comfortable environment to prevent any further injury.

If your hamster is limping on its right hind leg, it could be due to a sprain, fracture, or other injury. It's important to consult a veterinarian experienced in handling small animals to properly diagnose and treat the issue. Avoid handling the hamster too much and provide a quiet, comfortable environment for rest and recovery.
can it move? if it can move its back is probably not broken i would recomend taking it to you local vet they will tell you what is wrong with it. be very carefull picking it up as if there is something wrong you might hurt or further injer it. try to get a vet to visit you if you are worried about hurting it. the vet will know how to pick it up without hurting it.
You really need to take the hamster to a veterinarian, only they can really diagnose or treat the problem. Not using its legs could indicate a spinal problem.
It can mean the the cage is too small and there is not enough space to run, or it means that they have broken limbs.

TAKE HIM/HER TO THE VET!!!! Your hamster could have a broken leg or damaged her/his back.
They first will give it an X-ray and then give you a medicine for it and maybe wrap the legs in a special bandage.
The smaller the animal, the faster its heart beats. But as for the legs, I don't know.
Take it to the vet, ASAP!
