When a lizard throws up on you it usually means that the lizard doesn't really like you the think you are mean, cruel, and dislike their culture by having their reptile skin made upon you which means you are wearing a clothing line made up of reptile skin.

It is normal for all reptiles (acidifying particles up nostrils) except snakes and lizards, who lash out their tongues, and pick up particles, where they go to their vomeronasal organ.(AKA Jacobson's organ). Look it up for more.

To throw up or vomit.
it means it dosent have to be warmed up by the sun, such as lizards
If you mean "throw up" like "release food out your mouth," than lots of animals do it. Dogs, cats, primates, rodents, birds, insects, crocodilians (crocodiles, alligators), lizards, fish, amphibians, almost every animal ever. Only, some animals don't throw up, or puke at all! Starfish and invertebrates don't vomit. I would be surprised if an earthworm or jellyfish did. If they, actually, did, than I will discover that jellyfish and worms have a mouth and a stomach.
