That's totally normal, all hamsters have no hair under each leg, it's the same with guinea pigs.
If a hamster is bald or is losing its fur, it may be rubbing up against something which is causing it to lose fur. Your hamster may be old enough to be losing fur. I have a hamster who is nearly 4 and isn't bald, but i also have a hamster who is nearly 2 and is half bald. She has been confirmed for mites and is being treated with antibiotics. If your hamster might have mites, i would suggest going to a vet. If you haven't cleaned out your hamster in a while do that, and it might grow back. I cleaned my hamster out and it grew back for a while, then went again so i changed her cage with a bigger one, but she was still bald. our hamster might even be stressed so place him/her in a quiet place and place a house inside the cage so she/he can retreat there when stressed. Try and calm him/her hold him/her and talk to them so they know you are there. Hope i helped. [: And good Luck.
Your hamster goes bald and grows a black spot on its back because it is about to die.
The Manchester Terrier is a breed known for having a distinctive black saddle-shaped patch on its back. This patch is a defining characteristic of the breed and can help distinguish it from other terrier breeds.
To revive a hamster from it's death, you must just let it go. It won't be back completely, but you will know that it is always with you. I lost a hamster too, and I sobbed and sobbed. The only way, is too set it free. Sorry for your loss.
It's important to take the hamster to a veterinarian for an examination to determine the cause of the issue. The vet may recommend treatment or therapy to help the hamster regain use of its back feet if possible. In the meantime, provide a clean and comfortable environment to prevent any further injury.
My hamster used to have a bald patch until i rubbed on some tea tree cream on to the bald area for a couple of days until the fur started to grow back in. Hope this comes in useful :)
It depends on which part of the story. He was a Redbone Coonhound breed. After he was shot and he came back from the woods to the boy, he was missing an eye, a small patch of fur was missing, and he was limping.
If you dropped a hamster on its back it would go into shock.
because that's a hamster way shedding.
Basically, dropping your hamster
Have a look inside the back of your sofa. Or can you remember where you used it last? Alternatively, you could be more helpful in asking your question. Missing angle from what? What information is available?
Wear a mask? Or an Eye patch? Or roll your eyes right back so only the whites show.
If a Hamster does that, it means it's either tired or will i say, mad at you. And, yes a hamster does have feeling's.
Yes.
Yes.
That really depends where the bald patch is. Its normal for most hamsters to have a bald patch behind their ears. If its somewhere else on their body its likely that its caused from stress. This could be because the hamster is not getting a proper balance of 12 hours light and 12 hours dark, has felt an extreme change in temperature, or is particularly cold or hot. Noises can also cause a hamster stress.
