∙ 11y agoWell, dachshunds (you know, the wiener dogs) are very territorial, and bark a lot. Also, German shephards are good. Any other types of dogs such as Pitbulls or Rotweillers are good. A vet can give you more info.

Alot of dogs are good guard dogs. Believe it or not small dogs are good guard dogs it doesn't madder the size of the dog just its love for its owner if it loves its owner it will want to guard its owner. I have some corgis they go off when people come in they bark and bark they don't hurt them they warn me. any dog is a good guard dog.just don't yell at your dog or it might turn on you. that doesn't mean the dog is bad it just means your a bad owner.
