A Horse's enemy is a snake, Horses of all kinds HATE snakes.
A horse has many natural enemies. A horse is a prey animal, which puts it on a lower rung of the food chain. Most any predator could kill a horse that was singled out. Though horses are very strong and fast animals a pack of wolves or even wild dogs could comfortably kill a lone horse. Horses traveling in packs are much less likely to be picked off by predatory animals.
Cougars (mountain lions) could be a issue depending on where your at, wolves and coyotes will attack foals and sick/elderly horses, snakes, bagers...pretty much anything that will attack a horse would be considered an enemy.
A wild horses top # 1 enemy is a man and horses only get along with the horses in there herd
Hi Well if you mean enemy overall there are so many answers! Most people say the horses enemy is ragwort but some may say the horses enemy is in fact us! Some countries eat them, others abuse them...and overall any animal kept in captivity is not a lucky one. Especially in America, People have stolen the wild horses Land, I.E the mustangs land. So overall you could see humans as the ''mortal'' enemy of the horse. But saying that horses Do benefit from us as well, some are not abused but loved and ridden so it depends how you see it! My opinion is that the horses enemy is something that doesn't need to kill/eat a horse to live but chooses to. Again this leads to Humans. But i don't want to start a big argument so lets say for most well kept riding horses, ragwort!!!
A hippologist studies horses. Hippology is the study of horses.
Horses are just called "horses" unless they are in a group together. When horses get in a group together, they are then called a "herd".
Horses of the sea, or sea horses.

to hear where the horses were approaching from, it could be the enemy or could just be somebody they are waiting for
In WWII soldiers would hide behind their dead horses to protect themselves from the enemy. They would have a less chance of getting hit and so they had more chance of survival. Also the enemy wouldn't see them on the ground so it was easier for the soldiers to kill their enemy.
"doctor, lawyer, or Indian chief??"
it is a machine used in the 13th century to destroy castle walls. the used huge stones (250-300lbs) to break down the walls and hopefully hurt the enemy. they also heaved dead horses to spread diseases to the enemy. it is a machine used in the 13th century to destroy castle walls. the used huge stones (250-300lbs) to break down the walls and hopefully hurt the enemy. they also heaved dead horses to spread diseases to the enemy.
No. Just people. If you think about it, how would the people keep the horses quiet inside the Trojan Horse and also, the enemy might become suspicious about the weight of the vehicle.
