The episode is called 'The Girl In The Fireplace' and it was written by Steven Moffat. Since Doctor Who came back to our screens, it is Series 2, Episode 4. It is partly set in a Space Station in the 52nd century and partly in France in the 19th century. It is about a girl called Madame De Pompadour who gradually grows up throughout the show from a little girl to an adult woman. In the story, her court at Versailles is under attack from sinister looking, robotic clockwork droids. Her only hope of salvation lies with the Doctor. The scene with the Doctor on a horse is when a room full of people are being attacked by the killer droids. The Doctor amazingly manages to appear through a massive mirror on the wall, riding a horse. During filming, it wasn't of course David Tennant (actor of the Doctor) riding the horse, but a highly-trained stunt man! I shall not reveal any more about this Episode.
