Wired cages are stacked on top of each other. So all the dogs droppings fall through the cage land on other dogs and leave an awful odor. Plus since there isn't a solid flooring the dogs paws are swollen or cut from getting stuck and biting their paws off to free it. Some dogs haven't been outside for their whole live. To stand on solid ground or to run through the grass. Dogs at a puppy mill have cuts from other dogs, rotted teeth, and matted, bad smelling fur.
