Proportionately, the Rhinoceros and Hercules Beeltes are the strongest insects (proportionate to their body weight), each lifting about 800 times their own weight. Bees are also extremely strong, lifting 300 times their own weight. Though, the ant is pretty strong, lifting 10 times its own weight.

Argentine black ants are arguably the strongest. They can lift 600 times their body weight - AND have far more endurance than other species, such as beetles. It would be like a person grabbing the bumper of an SUV and casually walking 5 miles before needing a break.
