Bad tooth, gum infection, trapped food, abcess, mouth ulcer Sounds like some kind of poisoning. Get him to a vet. FAST.
Some cats love their owners and it is a sign of affection if they rub and some cats may drool which is not a sign of anything being wrong with them, but just their particular personality. It's a form of affection. Like humans, cats can have more saliva than others.I also have a cat who I have had since he was a kitten and he is now 13 years old. He drools a lot when he purrs as he gives affection. It is hilarious, sweet and sometimes a little disgusting but we love him, drool and all. I notice that when he purrs he keeps his mouth open slightly and doesn't seem to swallow the saliva. I believe that is why he is "sharing" with the rest of us.We also have a cat that drools when cuddling, but if your cat does not normally drool under these circumstances and is drooling at other times there are several causes. Some are minor but others are not. See what your cat has been eating - ours occasionally chomp a slug, which is relatively harmless, but a huge drool producer. Other items are not so harmless. Check with your vet if the drooling lasts more than a day.
Your testicals are bigger than her mouth
There are several reasons why cats drool: Some cats drool when they are really happy, relaxed, or even when they sleep; just like some people do. Alternatively, a cat that is drooling excessively could either have been poisoned, or there is something wrong with its mouth (gum disease or a broken tooth can cause extreme pain to a cat). It is highly recommended to take the cat to the vet immediately, especially if the cat has lost its appetite and drooling for no obvious reason.
If your new dog is not spayed she may be coming into heat. This could be a reason for your other dog to drool, slobber or gnash it's teeth. Some dogs are more apt to do this than others. I have one that will drool a lot and kind of chatter his teeth when ever he is near a female; even a spayed female can have this effect on him.
It's dead.
If it randomly starts making loud sounds and there is no reason why - it is hurt, scared ect. - then there is probably something wrong.
there are some dogs that drool alot if it bothers you and won`t stop call the vet again
Nothing was wrong with Athena the Greek goddesses mouth.
Well if its foaming at the mouth....it probley ate something it wasnt supposed to....and about the watering eye....it could be an eye infection...cats can get eye infections verry easily. Maybe you should go see a vet.

there is pertickly no answer but there might be and answer on filb .com
You've answered the question yourself. Yes, pugs do drool a lot. Because of their face, all wrinkly and droopy, they have almost no control over their mouth. this is why they drool. Im not saying you are wrong but i personally own a pug and I have never seen her drool in the 2 years ive had her. she snores alot when she sleeps but never drool.
