Bunnies should not be given baths. Like cats they clean themselves constantly by licking their fur (ever see your bunny wash it's ears?). Getting them wet is unnecessary and will only cause them a great deal of stress. If they have gotten into something they should not have you can spot clean them with a damp cloth.
Generally a lambs mother will clean it enough. with an orphan lamb, just dry it off with a towel . Lambs chill and die easily so i would not reccommend bathing the lamb, but if you do, just use warm water and no soap/shampoo as this will strip much needed oil off the wool and ensure you dry it well with hair dryer and towel.
Why?...... um... I suggest soap? well is it still attached to the animal if not i wouldn't use soap but if it is bathe it like a dog if it is not still attached to the animal possibly put it in the washer on hand wash i have only done Jack Rabbit fur unattached.
