Lion cubs are wild animals. They are neither kind nor cruel.
there are many thigns that you can do: and it kind of depends and the animals environment and habits.....
Your use of the words "are returned" is confusing. A feral animal is an formerly-tame animal (such as a pet cat or dog) which has escaped and returned to the wild behaviour of its kind. I don't believe there is a word which describes animals which have been raised - or born and raised - in captivity and then returned to the wild.
Tame animals have been domesticated and are comfortable around humans, while wild animals have not been domesticated and live in their natural habitats without human interaction. Tame animals are typically more dependent on humans for food and care, whereas wild animals rely on their instincts to survive in the wild.

what do you understand by a wild life sanctuary?A wild life sanctuary is a place where animals are kept safe, and not haunted by other animals or humans. The animals in the wild life sanctuary feel that they are kind of living in their real habitat but with out anyone haunting them. :-)
