For human females, every 28 days. other animals on earth are different.
It is possible but not probable. It can go 2 ways. Once in a while a hen that really should have lain her egg the day before doesn't and holds it till the next day, mean time there is the egg that should be lain later that day developing in the chute. So with this backup of eggs in the body the hen will lay the yesterday egg fully developed and also lay a partially finished egg at the same time. the partially finished egg usually is the yolk and whites with the tough outer membrane but no shell or only a little bit of shell deposit. Or If the hen does not lay the partial egg at that time( usually first thing in the morning) she may be able to lay it late in the afternoon, waiting that extra bit of time will allow the shell to be completed, so no shell less egg.
An egg can be fertilized by sperm within 12-24 hours after ovulation. Once the egg is released from the ovary, it has a limited window for fertilization before it degenerates. If fertilization does not occur during this time, the egg will disintegrate and be absorbed by the body.

You can only get pregnant when an egg is released from the ovary. Two days after there is no egg.
Standing on an egg at any time will likely cause it to break due to the weight and pressure applied. The time of day does not affect the structural integrity of the egg.
On day 14 of the menstrual cycle, the egg is typically released from the ovary in a process called ovulation. If the egg is fertilized by sperm, it can result in pregnancy. If not fertilized, the egg will disintegrate and be shed along with the uterine lining during menstruation.
