Bananas, rice, cereal, apple sauce, apples, tea, toast and jelly, yogurt, noodles, boiled potatoes, and hard candy. Foods to avoid are dairy food and drinks, fried and greasy foods, sugary drinks like sodas, cream soaps, raw fruits and vegetables, caffeine, alcohol and mostly importantly, never eat spicy food when you're having diarrhea. For me, try also eating oatmeal. It helped me for that.
