If you are looking to spend under £50 on a Hutch you might be better buying materials and making one yourself.
Another option would be to look for a 2nd hand hutch through Craigslist, freecycle, local papers etc.
Another option is to have the rabbit in the house rather than outside (they make Great Housepets) and then buy a rabbit cage which tend to be cheaper than wooden hutches, but not suitable for use outside the house. It is best to go to a pet shop and get a rabbit/animal friendly disinfectant, but you could also use javex, or most other disinfectants but you have to wait until the hutch is COMPLETELY dry until you put the rabbit back in. You can also clean a rabbit hutch with white vinegar. You can sprinkle a bit of baking soda in the places where is still has an unpleasant odor.
