The bridle is the harness that is worn over the horse's head, including the bit, reins, noseband, headband, throatlash, etc. It is used for lots of things like to stop and steer the horse. _____________________________________________________________________ The bridle is a very important piece of tack. It has the reins, the bit, nose band, headband, throatlatch and other things. With out the reins you could steer very good (if ur using ur legs then ok) but also if you dont have it, you cant make ur horse stop, or walk him in and out of the ring. hope i helped!!
a bridal path on a horse is located just behind the poll on the horses mane. you can cut it with scissors or clippers and it should be about the horses ear-length long on the horses mane.when cutting, make sure you dont cut the forelock off!cutting bridal paths makes your horse look nicer and it makes it much easier to put the halter and bridal on. it is also good for knowing where the halter and/or bridal sits on the horses neck.
all u have to do is get a bridal that u like and find someone who can adjust it
The area of the horse's mane behind their ears is called the bridle path. It is shaved on horses with thick manes, like Morgan horses to let the bridle or halter lie flat, and to show off the curve of the horse's poll.
The section behind the horse's ear is called the bridle path. It is called the bridle path because a section a the bridle is place there and the horse will be uncomfortable if the bridle path grows out too long. There is no specific name for the process of trimming the bridle path.

There are many types of bridles but in general an English bridle consists of the headstall, brow band, cheek pieces, throatlatch, and cavesson (or nose band). A completed bridle will also have a bit and reins attached .
Bridal path
Then bridal path is the part of the horse's mane that is behind the ears where a bridal or halter would sit. this place is usually trimmed on show horses so it is easy to pull only the forelock through the bridal. BlindFaith Palomino server

bridal (pertaining to a bride)- bridle (gear for a horse)
Im not a horse, but i own a horse called Merlin. Horses weigh much more than you do and they are very strong. This is the reson why you have to use a bridal. You dont need a bridal to stay on, but you need it to control the horse. The horse cannot really feal that u are riding on him/her unless u are comunicating with the horse. -
