The British and Irish Lions are a touring team and tours one of the Southern Hemisphere sides every four years. The last tour was in 2009 when they played (and lost to) South Africa. They will tour Australia in 2013, and New Zealand in 2017. The British and Irish Lions has also played at home, in the Millennium Stadium, against Argentina - which they drew. They have also played Fiji on the end of another tour.
