Hi There is not really an answer for that qustion, but it more so deprnds on your equine ability. If you have been in the equine buissnes for 15-20 or so years, are very experiensed with handling difficult horses and know heaps about them then it should be safe to maintain a horse of any gender. But if not i would defniatley get either a mare or a gelding, try not to out number the female horses because males can become agressive, when there is a lack of females. But i would recommend either as different horses have different needs and personalities. Horse Crazy Typically, mares are more moody and tempermental then geldings or even stallions. However, this is not true of all mare. I keep my TB mare with 5 other gelding in a pasture, she is the boss of them and also the calmest sweetest least high-strung horse there. It all depends on the individual. Neither male or female horses need any "special care" so that should not be a consideration.
There are far more female wild horses and burros than there are male. Many studies have taken place to find out why.
Hummingbirds do not form breeding pairs, and females provide all parental care.
Male fish from the Syngnathidae carry their young. Human males do not have the anatomy to carry but a transgender female to male can be come pregnant.
A mare! A female horse is a mare, a male is a stallion, basically. However, a "baby" horse is a foal, a young male is a colt and a young female a filly. If a male horse is castrated it is then known as a gelding.I hope you were talking about horses - mare means sea in several languages, and that's a whole new topic.
Both male and female cats appear to be equally common. If left to their own devices, females will become more common as males drive each other off and the isolated males die.
It is better to have a gelding (male horse) because they are easier to handle than mares (female horses).
Sometimes but it depends on the dog.
They are the offspring of female horses and male donkeys.
Both male and female horses live to be around 25 to 30 and possibly older with good care.
There are only male sea horses no female

The female deposits the eggs in a pouch on the male seahorse's stomachs. When the eggs hatch, the pouch opens, and tiny, tiny sea horses swim out.
Female horses are called a mare. Male horses are stallions.
A male rabbit should be easier cause a female will scratch you more and are a bit fussy on what they eat. While the male can also be trained easier.
