"King Cobra.
The only ones who nest, acknowledge territories and can differentiate between their owner and other humans."
Cobras are not the only snake to acknowledge their owner; reticulated pythons are also known to do this. They have a very good memory and are highly aware of their surroundings unlike many other species.
I do not see how "nesting" or territoriality has anything to do with intelligence; plenty of other snakes do the same. Retics actually cross the ocean to seek new territory.
The most dangerous snake in the world is the Tiger Snake. This is snake is mostly located in Australia.
The most dangerous snake in Lucedale Mississippi would be the Rattle snake. These snakes are all over the state of Mississippi.
A snake
The most venomous snake in North Carolina is the Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake. It is the largest venomous snake in North America and can be found in the southeastern part of the state, particularly in the coastal regions and the sandhills.
Could be a lot of snakes. Better to look at the head. In North America, snakes with oval heads are most likely a non-venomous snake. Diamond heads are most likely venomous. The only exception is the coral snake.
king cobra
They says its the Reticulated Python, although i can not confurm this. Might have something to do with the Retic beeing the longest snake and thus a larger brain.

The comparative form of "intelligent" is "more intelligent," and the superlative form is "most intelligent."
