Two wings would present some stability problems. Four wings would probably give you the most flight control but the extra wing will cause some excess drag that will use fuel more quickly. So...I would probably go with three for maximum control and fuel savings.

Some flies beat their wings up to 1000 times per second.
There is 6 grams of protein in a chicken wing.
Owls have 20 primary wings that allow them to minimize the sound of their wings when they fly. Each wing span has its own primary edge.
clipping a bird's wings means cutting the feathers short on one wing. This keeps the bird from flying away because if it tries to fly with one wing clipped short, it can't balance. If the wings are not clipped, then the bird can fly away.
Honey bees have 2 pairs wings. The front wings are larger than the hind wings and the two are synchronized in flight with a row of wing hooks (humuli, singular: humulus) on the hind wing that hitch into a fold on the rear edge of the front wing. When the bee is at rest, the wings separate and fold flat against the thorax.
Wings are totally useless in space. The only reason the Shuttle had wings was so it could land back on earth. It used very smallrockets to maneuver in space.
Delta wings and sweep back wings are preferred respectively.
A rocket is a form of propulsion. If a rocket is used to power an airplane, it is referred to as a rocket-plane, and has wings like an airplane. It the rocket is use to propel a vehicle vertically, which does not need wicgs to provide lift, it is called simply a rocket. Sometimes fins are used to stabilize or guide a rocket in flight, but these are referred to as fins rather than wings.
differential in wind speed over the wings produces high pressure under the wing and low pressure on top of the wing.
This depends on many things, it varies with the agle you are goint to shoot it with and the funktion of the rocket (length, stability, perhaps returning to the shooter) Assuming your rocket is to be launched straight up in the air the wings is only a mean of stabilizing it. For this kind of rocket the wings should be hard and has as little resistance as possible The shape should be like the triangular ones you see in the movies and you should use about 3 or 4 of them hope this helps:)
Any animal with wings has a wing span. The term means the distance across the wings when they are spread out, so you can't have a wing span unless you have wings.
Beating team rocket in the radio tower a man will give u the silver wing. I have heart gold its the same way
Yes, the word 'wing' is both a noun (wing, wings) and a verb (wing, wings, winging, winged).Examples:Our seats are over the wing of the plane. (noun)He feels enough confidence to wing it on his own. (verb)
