This contract between AL and KK Records (now referenced to as the "Agreement") is effectively out into action this 29 day of February, 2019, by and between Taylor Swift (now referenced as the "Artist") and AL and KK Records (now referenced as "Company"):
IT IS HEREBY UNDERSTOOD
- Company is an organization, which specializes in production, recording, distribution, and representation;
- Company is familiar with the abilities of Artist and has the ability, industry contacts and resources to assist Artist in success of career.
- Artist performs under the name "Taylor Swift";
- Company and Artist enter into this Agreement for the production and distribution of the Recording.
IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
A. TERM. The effectiveness of this Agreement will begin after entering by both parties, and will remain legally bound for a period of 2 years.
B. PRODUCTION OF RECORDING. The Recording shall be produced in the following manner:
- PRODUCTION. Company agrees to aid in packaging, distribution, and production for the Artist.
- CONTRIBUTION BY ARTIST. Artist agrees to cooperate fully with the Company
- ARTISTIC CONTROL. Company has full control, with the exception of what Songs and Titles Artist wants on Recordings.
- TITLE. Artist has full rights to decision of the Title.
- LICENSE FOR USE OF NAME AND IMAGE. Company has license for the use of "Taylor Swift" and image.
- COPYRIGHT. Recording are sole property of the Company.
- ASSINGMENT BY ARTIST. Artist's obligations shall only be assigned with Company consent.
THE PARTIES AGREE to the terms and obligations and so take action on the day and date of entering into this Agreement.
