We should look at the stats first:
A full grown and healthy African elephant can have a mass of between 3.5 and 6.5 tonnes.
Elephants are mammals.
Elephants are intelligent.
Elephants are pack animals.
Elephants have a prehensile trunk.
Elephants have tusks.
Elephants are herbivores.
Alligators have a maximum mass of around 0.5 tonnes.
Alligators are reptiles.
Alligators show cunning but not intelligence anywhere near approaching that of elephants.
Alligators can live in family groups but are generally solitary.
Alligators have sharp teeth and strong musculature for closing their jaws.
Alligators have powerful tails.
Alligators are carnivores.
We have a highly aggressive and powerful carnivore designed for rapid surprise attack against the largest land animal. We have a killing machine with base cunning against what is probably the third most intelligent animal on the planet...
...we also have an extremely thick hide against relatively small teeth and 0.5 tonne against possibly 6.5 tonnes.
The alligator nips the leg of an elephant and one of 3 things happen:
Elephant.
It would depend on the specific circumstances of the fight. Elephants are much larger and stronger than lions, so they have the advantage in size and power. However, lions are more agile and predatory, with sharp claws and teeth. Ultimately, it is difficult to predict who would win in a fight between an elephant and a lion.
In a head-to-head fight, an elephant would likely have the upper hand against a male lion due to its size, strength, and thick skin. Elephants are much larger and more powerful than lions, and their sheer size would make them a formidable opponent in this scenario.
It is highly likely that the elephant would win the fight. Elephants have thick, defensive hide and tons of muscles to protect itself from claws and teeth, which would make it not get injured by the polar bear. The strong muscles of the elephant's head is good enough to kill the polar bear whenever it hits the polar bear. If the elephant has sharp tusks, it would definitely win by goring the polar bear to death. A cow elephant or a bull elephant can crush a polar bear to death.
A single rhinoceros doesn't have much of a chance against a herd of elephants. But one-on-one, it's likely that the rhino may win.
Elephant.
Gorilla vs Elephant? The Elephant no contest

The Shark
An elephant would crush a crocodile on land and in shallow water. In deep water, the elephant would drown.
It would take something real special and unlikelyfor them to fight each other to start with, but if they did, the elephant would win. An adult elephant is far heavier than an adult giraffe.
Crocodile.
Neither! Lions and alligators do not live in the same area of the world so would never have such an encounter.
alligator gar cause its awsome like that
A large alligator would win.
The elephant. It has thick hide to protect itself from injuries like goring. One stomp of the elephant can kill an ox.
