it's not always the breed of the dog. It goes back to kenneling of the dog and how they were treated. However, some pedigrees have been known to be cocky, if you will, and just won't do what their "masters" tell them to do. Honestly, I feel it's the fault of the person training the dog. People just don't have the patience or the want to train their dog properly and don't.
