Trade of Rhinos has been banned for more than twenty years. Although having banned trading of the species, there still continues to be a great demand for Rhino parts.

∙ 13y agoWhite rhinoceroses are endangered for two reasons. Predominantly, they are threatened by poaching (illegal hunting) for their ivory. Habitat loss is also a concern for the white rhinoceros, as it is for most wild African animals.
