∙ 15y agoChickens do have ears, but they are not as visible as those of other animals. Their ear openings are covered by feathers, making them less noticeable. Chickens also have excellent hearing despite their lack of external ears.

∙ 13y agoThe chickens ears are a little hole on each side of their head. They are located right behind their eye. A white earlobe on a chicken indicates that the chicken is a white egg layer, a chicken with a red earlobe indicates a brown egg layer. Sometimes there are exceptions though.

On the side of the chickens head, there will be a small area of feathers. Directly behind this small patch of tiny feathers is they earlobe - it can be white, red, or blue.
