It's not always a bull shark. It can be a great white. It can be a hammerhead. But, you're correct bull sharks are the usual attacker. They are attracted to light at night. Sharks in general do not have good eyesight. They think humans are their daily prey because they think we are turtles, seals, and other smaller creatures. But, we aren't. The shark drowns if it stops swimming. So it is hard for the shark to get its prey quietly. So, if you're at the beach in Brazil (has a lot of sharks there) and hear "SHARK!!!" it means that someone obviously saw the predator because the water is clear there. Psst! You might want to get out!
SHARK FACTS:
bad eyesight
more aggressive in murky water
a lot of sharks in the Bahamas
less aggressive in clear water
There have been very few documented cases of mako sharks attacking humans. Makos are typically fast-swimming oceanic species that are not known to be aggressive towards humans unless provoked or feeling threatened. They are more likely to avoid human interaction.
lots of sharks can be found near Barbados. There have been alot of recorded attacks. I would suggest not venturing to far out at sea. here are a few types of sharks Great white shark Bull shark Tiger shark Carrabean reef shark Smooth hammerhead sharks and many more
great whitesany shark will attack a person of it smells blood so if your at the beach don't get in the water if you have a little cut that is blooding sharks can smell blood 100 miles awayIt depends on things you are doing, say you are surfing sharks think that the surf board is a seal so they attack it (that is manly great whites though tiger sharks do too). Getting attacked by a shark and getting killed by a shark are both very unlikely. Say you get attacked by a great white they do not like the taste of human meat so after they take some part of you they are likely to leave you alone, if you get attacked by a tiger shark you are likely to be killed, but the chances of getting killed by a shark is 1 in 123,223 and the chances of getting killed by a dog is 1 in 1,023.the three main types of sharks to attack humans are theGreat whitetiger sharkbull sharkbut some smaller sharks like grey reef sharks and copper sharks may attack humans. Hammerhead sharks, mako sharks, oceanic whitetip sharks, galapgos sharks, sand tiger sharks, black tip sharks, silver tip sharks, blue sharks, reef sharks, porbeagle sharks, spinner sharks, sandbar sharks are all also known to have attacked humans.
The bulll shark has no natural predators once fully grown. However, it may be attacked by many other fish when small, including other bull sharks. At full size, only the killer whale would be considered a natural enemy, but not a natural predator.
Many parts of the world have dangerous sharks but i would say Hawaii is pretty dangerous because three sharks that will attack humans live there. spots in Africa and south America are dangerous.
No, bull sharks are the main shark that hangs around where people swim and they bump you to get you to fall over, then attack. So no, bull sharks are a danger to humans.
Bull sharks. Not Great Whites or Tigers, they either kill or attack humans.
Are bull sharks dangerous? Yes. Bull sharks are very territorial, and they are one of the three species of sharks most likely to attack humans (along with tiger sharks and great whites).
Many sharks attack humans, but the big three are the bull shark, tiger shark, and great white shark.
Sometimes because the tiger shark can be young or vice versa same with bull sharks but to humans there is more of a chance a bull shark will attack because they are extremely territorial
Bull Sharks are apex predators. They are known to eat any living creature that lives in its surroundings. Its diet would include fish, turtles, dolphins, crustaceans, other smaller bull sharks etc. They are also known to attack humans. They usually chase and attack their prey.
