Sometimes guinea pigs lose the use of their back legs. This is somewhat common and is not a sign of injury. If the guinea pig is dragging itself around, administer a dose of liquid calcium. This seems to solve the problem.

Guinea Pigs do not have holes in there back. your guinea pig probobly has a growth on its back. You should see a vet if it doesnt go away!
