Some Bengal tiger populations live in Savannah ecosystems located within a wider ecoregion. An example of one such ecoregion is Chitwan National Park - Nepal. This ecoregion is home to less than 200 individual tigers and is comprised of several ecosystems - one being Savannah.
The Savannah is just one of several ecosystems that the tiger as a species occupies.
