You can't look a dog directly in it's eyes becuase, when you do, the dog is intimidated and most often turns it's head away. Staring at a dog is kind of like saying, "I'm better than you and am in charge here," to a human.

because it means in dog langaunge like say ure mad at ure kid and u say no bad and they get scared cause they did somthing wrong and got in trouble so if u look ure dog in the eye it meand bad boy and they think they got in trouble
