There are several things that could be causing your hamster to have eye mucus. It could be from the bedding, a blocked tear duct, or it could just be because of the hamsters age; it is very common in older hamsters.

∙ 13y agoa hamsters eye usually goes crusty because its eye bogeys like we sometimes get crusty eyes in the morning anyway just bath its eye with warm water and it should be okay :) some hamsters eys have less crust thoug hope this helped :) xx
