I don't think that they do.
However astronauts skeleton's do tend to lose some of their calcium while in space. This is because the lack of gravity means that the skeleton is not stressed. To try and prevent this calcium loss astronauts try and exercise hard (to stress the bones) if they are in space for a long period.

The bird with red skin on its nose is likely a rooster. Roosters have a fleshy red comb on top of their head which can sometimes extend down to their face, giving the appearance of red skin on their nose.
As pups, they are white, but as they age, they turn pretty yellow.
Well...I don't think any animal's eyes can just turn red at night. But, some animal's eyes DO turn color due to the lighting. Like dogs eyes glow in the dark so-to-say. If you turn into a right position, you can see the're eyes glow. It may seem like their eyes changed color.

Madagascar has not had any native astronauts however the country is commented on frequently by astronauts passing over the country. It is said that the island looks like it is " bleeding to death". It's rivers run red from all the erosion
If the space shuttle is exiting the atmosphere, that means you are going into space then no the windows will not turn red. However if you are entering the atmosphere the friction caused by air molecules hitting the orbiter will create plasma around the shuttle. You will see a reddish orange glow out the windows but the windows themselves will not turn red.

the blood is always red . The red colour of the blood is caused by an iron compound hemoglobin. neither in earth nor in space hemoglobin could suddenly turn blue so the blood of the bleeding astronaut will always be red
If you press the space bar, the spirit will turn pink. However, it has no difference compared to a normal spirit.
You just keep hitting the skeleton. Sometimes the skeleton will lift up it's hand and there's a red circle, hit it a lot of times and the hand will disappear and you'll maybe have extra points. When you see the skeleton head lieing down, there's a red circle, hit it and it will be the same
No, you cannot turn on red in Pennsylvania.
