Because this is not (and should not be) part of their natural diet. Guinea pigs benefit from feeding on fresh grass hay, such as timothy hay, in addition to food pellets which are often based from timothy. Alfalfa is also a popular food choice; most guinea pigs will eat large amounts of alfalfa when offered it, though there exists some controversy over the feeding of alfalfa to adult guinea pigs. Some pet owners and veterinary organizations have advised that, as a legume rather than a grass hay, alfalfa consumed in large amounts may lead to obesity, as well as bladder stones due to excess calcium, in any but pregnant and very young guinea pigs. However, published scientific sources mention alfalfa as a source for replenishment of protein, amino acids and fiber.

Some piggys may never have seen these foods before. Keep putting fresh ones in the cage and in time will find them yummy. My guinea's wont really eat any either, they eat a few different kinds but its like the kinds that are supposed to be best for them they don't like or wont even try. I've been trying for a long time but they still don't, I would say just try lots of different kinds (of the ones they CAN have) like they said and then you'll know what they like, just feed them that. But keep trying, like i do. Good luck! :)
he wont die but will be constipated
no.not unless he breaks it and starts nibbling on the tip or eats some broken little pieces on it Crayola is a nontoxic company, at least their products are. If they wont hurt a child they probably wont hurt your guinea pig
no they dont eavan care if they see an image of themselves they wont know who it is bacuse they have never seen themselves have they
not sure but wont be hanging around to find out
It may be just that they don't like them. Guinea pigs are like humans, preferring some foods to others. Try other veggies, such as celery, lettuce, and kale. They love fruits like oranges(one of the best things to give them), apples, and grapes that are cut in half.

You can just not with these fruits: Pineapple (fresh, canned is fine) Kiwi, Figs and Papaya. these fruits just wont set with it. I'm pretty sure you put fruit in before it sets.
Of course they can. Never had aproblem with it before. But just a tip when feeding it to them, cut it so the inside is visible... E.G Make sure the peice isn't all covered with green skin, or else they wont eat it. Once you cut it in to quarters they will smell it and eat it, even the green skin. Its because the skin is quite bitter and blocks the smell so it needs to be cut in half long ways. but once they smell it they go crazy over it.
no the guinea pigs wont even touch the rat food THANK YOU
hamsters. they will eat their young and will eat fruits and veggies... lol they seem savage now dont they? dont worry if you put the babies in a different cage and let them grow a little, the parents wont eat them...
Yes that is fine it wont effect your guinea pigs.
no .they wont dig holes or anything like that
Wont eat or talk. Or poop.
guinea pigs are not tlike hamsters after a day or too you can hold on hamsters will eat their young but guinea pigs wont
well mine did but he could never really eat the center core part because it was too hard. if you don't mind cleaning up dried wrinkly carrot cores from their cage, its perfectly fine. unless your guinea pig is allegic to carrots, but i really doubt that. Citrus fruits are better for them, and they love oranges. also they wont get scurvy.
yes but they wont like it and they will try and get it off
