It is certainly not safe to give any medication to a cat without vet approval. Even in humans, an excess of Tylenol will cause fatal liver failure; and a cat is much smaller than a human and so the lethal dose would be much smaller even if the cat's metabolism is the same as a human's. As it turns out, a cat has a metabolic pathway that turns aspirin into cyanide; I don't know whether it has the same effect on acetaminophen (the active ingredient in Tylenol). Given the known side effects of the two anti-inflammatory drugs prescribed for cats (Prednisolone and Thalidomide), one would think that if Tylenol was at all possible to give to cats without harming them, vets would be using it.
A stoat could kill a cat if it is stronger than the cat. If a stoat has a disease and bites the cat or causes injury, it could kill the cat. Otherwise a cat will usually be able to defend itself from a stoat.
Yes, it can harm or kill the cat if it eats a mouse that has been poisoned. The poison used to kill the mouse can also be toxic to the cat if ingested. It's important to take precautions to prevent cats from consuming poisoned prey.
If a cat would eat starfish, it may kill him. As for a starfish attacking a cat and killing him, it would not happen.
No, cat pee can not kill a person. If you are in a house with a lot of cat pee, the pee can make you sick from the smell.

Yes it will, a cat can even kill an adult rat.
Human medicines aren't good for cats, ever!
It is better to illustrate the difference by example Both Tyelnol and Advil advertising their product for cure of headache is a competitive advertising but when Advil says that their product will not upset your stomach as Tyelnol will do, it is comparative advertising.
