Two unspayed female rabbits will generally not get on well together, so blood in the cage could be a sign of fighting and injury.
If your rabbits are unspayed, both would greatly benefit from being spayed, not only will it reduce fighting it will make the bunnies happier and less hormonal. Also spaying reduces the incidence of reproductive cancers in rabbits.
You need to check your rabbits over carefully for signs of injury. Check nails carefully as this could be another cause of blood in the cage. If you cannot see any obvious signs of injury and both rabbits seem well, I would not worry greatly, but keep a very close eye on them.
If you continue to see blood in the cage with no explanation a vet visit is a must!

The best way to deal with any sickness or injury in your rabbit is to make a vet appointment as soon as you can. internet research can never replace the advice of a vet who has examined your animal.
If it is uncontrolled bleeding not normal to birth, because some blood will be involved in birthing. I say to rush your bunny to the vet, something could be seriously wrong.
Rabbits can be found everywhere in the continental US
Wild Rabbits usually live in a grassy, and wooded areas. Usually you will find rabbits anywhere, but most love to live in the country/rural areas. wild rabbits can also live in little towns and beside minor highways.
I am almost sure that my female rabbit changed to a male. There are 3 rabbits in that hutch, the mother and two of her daughters. I have noticed the mother mount one of her daughters multiple times. Then, yesterday, i went out to check on the rabbits and found a nest of 3 babies and the daughter that was mounted was giving them milk.
The lump you are referring to is probably her dewlap. A dewlap is loose skin that often develops on the neck of the female rabbit. They are found mainly on female rabbits in certain breeds, the males are also allowed a small one. Its purpose is to give another area for the doe to pull fur from when she is making her nest for her kits.
Is the mother a wild rabbit and you just found the baby rabbits? If so, leave them where they are. If the mother is Domestic and inside, as long as the room they are kept in is warm they should be fine. If they are outside in a hutch, a nesting box would be advised.
The same cell that also is found in any mammal, red blood cells.
There are no rabbits to be found in Antarctica.
