This is very important, your cat needs to see a vet ASAP! This will sound strange but this is also important and will help you vet, you need to take a sample of your cat's stool in a clean containor. Call your vet and make sure you explain what has been going on and for how long, then they can be ready for you when you get there. Your cat is probably dyhdrated and has stopped eating and drinking much if anything. So, you need to go quickly, it could be critcial to the cat's health, it may turn out it is not an emergency and hopefully that is the case, but that is never a sign to be taken lightly. It is better to over react than to underestimate the damage that can be done. Good Luck!
