Some cats have a runny nose more often than not. For these cats, it is completely normal. However, if the condition begins suddenly or is accompanied by sneezing, fever, cough or if the discharge becomes yellow or green, it is time to seek the advice of a veterinarian.
Well, this question is a bit unclear. First if a dog is sneezing with a runny nose, you 1st of all should take him to the vet to get him/her checked and keep a distance. Do NOT take them out for walks and try to give them warm surroundings.
Perhaps the cat just had a drink and is a sloppy slurper. Otherwise, the cat is possibly drooling, which some cats do when they experience pleasure. Other reasons for drool may be a problem with the cat's teeth or mouth. If your cat's chin is wet after intense purring, petting, paw-kneading, etc, then it is probably just from pleasure. If you don't notice any of this but there is still wetness on the chin, you may want to have the cat's teeth examined by a vet.
Type your answer here... It called a runny nos and you should no that peace out
Are they black bumps? If so they are blackheads. My cat had them and I changed the food dish and they went away. Just a suggestion.
You can feed your cat wet food as often as you like, whenever you like. There is no set rule when to feed a cat, although most feed their cat twice a day. I personally feed my cat wet (pouched) food in the morning and in the evening.
There's no reason for you to give wet food to your cat to assist in defecation - the wet food has less bulk so your cat will likely defecate less.
Wet cat food makes little difference; by the second day it will be dried out and unappealing to the cat. A cat should be fine for two to three days with dry food and clean water.
The cat's nose will be warm and not cold and wet as a healthy cat's would be.
Sometimes dogs drool alot and it can get on their chin making it look wet
Probably water or another liquid dribbled down their chin and got it wet. It's no big deal. =)
google "cat acne" and you will find the answer
Because It Cant Raech Its Chin

If your cat has lost skin under its chin and it is bumpy, this might be a heat rash. This could also mean the cat has an allergy to food or laundry detergent.
They get wet
First of all it's 'When did the Cat in the Hat FINISH', and secondly, he didn't, he'll visit your school and you'll all have fun on that wet wet wet day.....
