The only way to get an accurate diagnosis, and appropriate treatment, is to take the dog to the Vet. If the dog has injured its back (which sounds like a possibility), you'll want to take the dog as soon as you can. The more quickly a Vet can begin treating an injured back, the more likely the dog will make a full (or nearly full) recovery.
