OMG Take your dog to an emerg vet now!! Your dog could die!!!
The strong smell of bleach can potentially irritate a dog's sensitive nose and respiratory system, which may lead them to urinate out of stress or discomfort. It's best to use pet-safe cleaning products to avoid any negative reactions from your dog.
Bad. A little bit would probably make him throw up. A lot could cause lots of serios health problems and eventually kill him. It's as dangerous for dogs as it is for people, but can produce lethal results in dogs with smaller amounts simply because dogs are smaller than people. Time is of the essence here. Call Poison Control or better, get the dog to a Vet instantly.
If a dog drank Miracle-Gro, it is important to seek immediate veterinary care. Miracle-Gro contains chemicals and nutrients that can be toxic to pets, especially in large quantities. Contact your veterinarian or an emergency pet poison helpline for advice on how to proceed.
Bleach everything. I know that it sounds weird but it is the only way to be sure. Normally it takes 3 years to get rid of it naturally but if you bleach everything than it should go away instantly.

If the groundhog drank it, it could kill it. Just getting it wet with bleach is not likely to do it.

I would suggest keeping a very close eye on your dog to see if he has any reactions such as difficulty breathing, vomiting, swelling of the face, mouth or tongue, etc. If you see any problems, rush him/her to the veterinarian immediately. Bleach (sodium hypochlorite) is a pretty noxious solution and very basic, so in many cases your dog won't even try to drink it unless it is very dilute. If you have bought household bleach and then diluted it down to use in the house and your dog drank some of that, he may be OK on his own.
Call your vet.
