possibly burning it ,wrong radiator cap ,if it doesn't have a overflow bottle then radiator level is usually just below the neck it finds it's own level,is it blowing it out after shutting it down

Whoever owns the vehicle should have it taken to a mechanic for inspection. It sounds like something's wrong with the gears, not the fluids. If it's the gears you should probably have the transmission rebuilt. If it's the fluids have that refilled.
